  • Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
  • Wash up or load the dishwasher if used.
  • If you’ve turned the heating up, please set it back to 18°C.
  • Close windows and lock the door behind you.

We collect rubbish on the cleans, if you have lots then message us.

  1. Check the thermostat is set above the room temperature.
  2. Make sure it’s set to Heat (not Off).
  3. Wait 2–3 minutes — systems can take a moment to respond.

□ No hot water
  1. Run the hot tap for 60 seconds (some systems lag).
  2. If there’s no improvement, contact us and we’ll help.
⚠️ Common issue: boiler pressure is low

Sometimes systems lose boiler pressure as seasons change. If you suspect low pressure, please contact Dominique first and they’ll guide you step-by-step.

Please don’t adjust boiler pressure without guidance.

  • Check the wall switch near the cooker is ON.
  • If induction, pans must be induction-compatible.
□ Washing machine / dishwasher
  • Select programme → press Start/Pause.
  • If the door won’t open, wait 2 minutes after finishing.

□ Bathroom Help

□️ Shower temperature changing
  • Adjust temperature gradually.
  • Avoid using multiple hot taps at once.

□ TV & Wi-Fi

□ Wi-Fi not connecting
  1. Confirm the correct network and password.
  2. Restart Wi-Fi on your device.
  3. Try a second network if provided.
□️ TV / streaming issues
  • Check the TV is on the correct input/source.
  • Ensure the streaming device has power.
