Our procurement methods are:
Purchasing:
The simple purchase of property.
In this case we would simply need the agent to inform us if the lease and the mortgage actually allow short term lets to be permitted on the property. We have our own mortgage advisors who will be on hand immediately.
Rent to Rent:
Essentially a Rent to rent property procurement would be where the landlord / Agency consents for us to legally and contractually let the apartment by way of a management agreement.
This is great for the Agent for the following reasons:

A misconception of rent to rent is the attempt to cut out the agency for the gain of the procurement company.
