What we are looking for..

We don't ask for much....

• We are looking for 1-3 Bed Apartments and Houses within a 30 minute walk to the city centre. 
• We are looking for properties that are clean, modern and in sound structural condition. 
• We would like to have a kitchen with white goods installed at the property in good working order.
• We would consider furnished but we prefer unfurnished properties. We would furnish the property with our own luxury Serviced Accommodation Hotel Suite style furnishings. If we have a long relationship with you (>3 years) we will give you the furniture as a thank you for your wonderful property.
• We would prefer a property that has its own dedicated parking space or permitted parking on a street.

OUR MISSION
The aim of Phénix Property Solutions is to create high class business and luxury accommodation for professionals and families alike  With your property now potentially a part of our growing portfolio we would treat it like our own. Which is why:

• Your property would be cleaned and checked after every guest visit, or weekly if the guests are longer term. 
• Your property would be maintained and kept in SHOWROOM CONDITION.

• We always ensure the guests are of the highest quality by requesting 2 forms of ID including photo ID
• We have a zero tolerance to parties.

• We are looking for properties in the heart of Cardiff's vibrant and always busy city centre.

The home of the Principality stadium. Host to the likes of Elton John, The Rolling Stones, Pink, Ed Sheeran, Take That and never forgetting the Welsh home of rugby.  The 6 nations and Autumn internationals see Cardiff at it's most energetic and packed full of good time revellers, there is no need to party at home when you have this on your doorstep!

• We would like to use your property to give professionals a home from home while here in the city.

We are creating new long lasting and prosperous relationships with the largest companies in Wales.  With the likes of Admiral Group, GE Aircraft Engine Services Ltd, Dwr Cymru, The Royal Mint and Dow Corning all in the Top 10 Turnovers in Wales and being in the direct vicinity of Cardiff, the attraction of a high class serviced accommodation for their high flying professionals is undeniable.
